SEO Manager

Cardiff (this is an on site role)

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Are you a results driven SEO Manager who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Do you have a proven track record in increasing traffic, leads and sales in an SEO/Digital role? Are you keen to step in to a Management role where you'll be responsible for creating engaging strategies around lead and revenue generation?

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Delivering insightful recommendations to grow visibility and traffic
• Leading the delivery of new SEO strategies ensuring that KPIs are met
• Performing keyword research to identify new lead opportunities
• Developing link building strategies to help improve rankings
• Ensuring that the best SEO practices are maintained throughout the organisation
• Staying abreast of search engine developments and algorithm changes
• Monitoring crawl logs to identify and issues or new opportunities
• Maximising page speed metrics
• Taking responsibility for undertaking in depth technical analysis
• Regularly auditing landing pages and guides
• Utilising Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush to analyse landing page performance and identify opportunities for improvements

The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

• You'll have a proven record of increasing traffic, leads and sales through digital marketing
• You'll preferably have supervisory experience coupled with a desire to progress and develop I your career
• You'll have an excellent understanding of Google's algorithm including updates and ranking factors
• Strong knowledge and experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, ScreamingFrog / SiteBulb)
• You'll have a solid track record in improving SEO metrics
• You'll have the ability to evaluate content quality from both an editorial and SEO perspective
• You'll be experienced in using tools like SEMrush and AHREFS
• Experience in lead generation would be an advantage, however, Is not essential
• You'll have previous experience in planning and executing SEO strategies
• You'll be an expert user of Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio and Excel
