Service Consultant - Up to £24,000 per annum - Bristol - GREAT BENEFITS - Two Stage Process

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a Service Consultant to join our client's team in Bristol. The team are highly dynamic and support, encouraging ambition and collaboration in both perforamnce as a team, as well as individually. They actively promote involement in the development of their products and services as well as finding more efficient ways to work.

THE ROLE:

Working in the Conveyancing Service Department, the Service Consultant will be supporting the conveyancing service team with processing and progressing the conveyancing instructions. The role will involve:

- Calling customers to verify instructions.
- Sending instruction emails to solicitors and customers.
- Chasing welcome packs.
- Tracking milestones.
- Answering queries from customers and solicitors.
- Building relationships with the panel of solicitors.
- Deliver the targeted case load.

ABOUT YOU:

Confident, customer focussed with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), you will have the ability to help them clarify their requirements and explain a complicated process to customers.

YOU WILL ALSO HAVE: 

- A Level or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role – telephone-based customer service or telesales preferable.
- Experience or knowledge of the conveyancing or mortgage process would be a distinct advantage.
