Service Desk Administrator
£19,500 + quarterly bonus

We are currently supporting our client in hiring for 4 Service Desk Advisors to work as part of a Cardiff based team supporting a UK wide operation.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing planned and unplanned service and repair requirements
Handling complex queries and coordinating repairs
Scheduling Engineers out on appointments
Closing out engineer worksheets and creating Invoices
Booking Contract Servicing
Processing orders for spare parts
Dealing with Customers and Suppliers
The key skills you’ll need for this job:
The ability to keep calm under pressure
Excellent problem solving abilities
First class communication skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels
The ability to work at pace and in a busy environment
Experience in a Customer Service, Helpdesk or Service Desk role
You’ll be IT Literate e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook and experienced with MRP or CRM systems

A salary of £19,500 + quarterly bonus
