The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a well know organisation in the UK where no two days are the same. We are supporting them to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join an organisation that will impact on millions of lives for decades to come.

What the Service Desk Analyst will be doing
As a Service Desk Analyst within our client’s team providing 1st/2nd line support to 1000+ users within the Brighton office and remote workers working alongside 5 other service deskk analysts you will be part of a strong team. 
  • Responsible for providing a broad spectrum of IT support with a strong emphasis on customer service
  • Manage allocated Incidents and Service Requests through to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring that all reported incidents and requests are resolved within SLA targets
  • Provide first and second line support for all IT Services
  • Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
 
What the successful Service Desk Analyst bring to the team
A successful Service Desk Analyst will be someone who has great problem solving and analytical skills. You need to have good communication skills at all levels and have an attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to be personable and a team player as well as having excellent customer service skills.
 
  • ITIL certified to at least foundation level
  • Previous experience of working within a Service Desk, providing support and administration of computing technologies including Windows 10, Azure, SharePoint, D365, O365, Active Directory, SCCM and Microsoft EndPoint Manager
  • Experience of working within a Service Management toolset, such as ServiceNow
