Focused on delivering Managed Services for Microsoft Teams & Skype for Business. you will be responsible for working as part of a highly technical and collaborative team, providing first-class remote support to an array of customers, over multiple product sets – Primarily Microsoft's Unified Communications Stack.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Microsoft Collaboration technologies, Lync 2010/2013, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams and Office 365 as well as: 

  • MS Windows Server OS (2008R2, 2012, 2012R2 and 2016)
  • MS Windows Desktop OS (Windows 7 onwards)
  • Active Directory/networking
  • Telephony connectivity (SIP, BRI, PRI, FXS, FXO, etc.)
  • Microsoft UC stack (Lync, Skype for Business and Teams
  • Office 365 stack

This is a senior but client facing role where communication and personal skills are just as important as technical capabilities.
