Our technology solutions client currently seek an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to manage their support technician team of 8, helping the business deliver intelligent technology solutions to their enterprise client base.

You will manage the performance of the IT Service Desk supporting the companies clients, responsible for overseeing the operational and quality of the IT Service Desk teams, including production of reports and analysis where improvements can be made.

They require skills and experience in the following areas:


  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 / Office 365 /Citrix  
  • Server Virtualisation
  • Knowledge of installing and troubleshooting printers and network printing
  • Active directory administration
  • Networking and Routing
