​We are working with a large public sector organisation who are looking for a Service Transition Manager to join their team. The role will provide overall planning for service transitions and coordinate the required resources.

What you will be doing as Service Transition Manager

  •         Be responsible for ensuring that the acceptance criteria are understood by the wider IT operations.

  •         Manage relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure new services are effectively transitioned into service operation

  •         Manage and mentor the Change and Release Management team

  •         Drive adherence to the relevant processes across IT and the organisation

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  •         Previous mid-senior experience within service transition, change management and release management

  •         ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification

  •         Working knowledge of the ITIL practices: Service Transition, Change Enablement, Release Management

What you’ll get in return

  •         Salary of between £39,000 -£41,000
