​ServiceNow Developer - Inside IR35 - Fully Remote/Occasional Trip to Manchester - Up to £450 per day - Start Mid June - 6/12 Months - BPSS Cleared

We are now looking for a specialist in the ServiceNow product suite, to able to deal with the day to day development and design of features and applications whilst contributing towards the design of our clients place programme milestones. The role is largely remote, with the odd trip to Manchester to put a face to a name! There are currently 4 positions on offer, with start dates around the mid/late June mark.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Specialist will build, configure & develop ServiceNow platform improvements (meeting supplied requirements and deliverables) around platform capability/usability/stability.

• New feature discovery; support business analysts/designers to investigate/guide requirements for new capabilities.

• Software Development Lifecycle Process.

• Service enhancement and new service delivery to the required standards.

• Lead integration and automation between Estate products.

• Attend and participate in Agile ceremonies

• Provide Show and Tells to Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and System Administration team

• Create and maintain documentation

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to deliver new configuration and functionality to the ServiceNow Production platform

• Experience of completing stories assigned or escalate blockers to ensure that development is completed to expected standards and are delivered within timescales

• Able to build, configure, and support ServiceNow features, applications, and integrations

• Able to build and test simple integrations, or can work on more complex integration as part of a wider team

• Experience of JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform, knowledge of the Glide APIs- working level

• Current ServiceNow platform certification

• Minimum 2 years' hands on development experience on the platform

• Experience working with these technologies, methods, and frameworks

• ITIL qualifications or experience/skills

• Demonstrate experience of working on large scale organisation and/or Government or Public Sector installation of ServiceNow

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Angular, HTML and CSS
