Yolk is excited to partner with a leading agency, currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Social & Digital Planner. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative media strategies, influencing audience engagement across various platforms. This is what you'll be doing:

• Strategic Planning: Developing compelling paid social and digital strategies for existing and potential clients, aligning them with broader media strategies.
• Identifying and recommending appropriate platforms, media owners, audience targeting, and buying methods for optimal campaign performance.
• Client Interaction: Presenting and articulating social & digital media strategies to clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships.
• Optimisation: Collaborating with the digital activation team to optimise campaigns in real-time, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.
• Post-Campaign Analysis: Developing and presenting insightful Post Campaign Analysis presentations, outlining performance, learning, and recommendations for future campaigns.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• Proven Experience: You'll have 2-4 years of experience in a social/digital planning role, with a background in a media agency.
• Digital Landscape Knowledge: You'll possess a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape, staying informed about trends, technological developments, and translating them into opportunities for clients.
• Analytical Skills: You'll demonstrate strong analytical skills and strategic thinking patterns, with the ability to identify complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Communication Expertise: You'll have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex plans to both peers and clients.
• Team Player: You'll operate with a collaborative mindset and be capable of working seamlessly with different teams within the agency.
