Yolk Recruitment are partnered with a fast growing Digital Agency based in Central London. They are searching for a Test Engineer with strong experience in manual & automated testing (40 % Automated / 60% Manual).
If successful you will be joining a highly collaborative Agile / Scrum development team working on major greenfield development projects. Their core tech stack is Ruby on Rails, React, AWS & Heroku. They use Cypress for their automated test suite, as Test engineer your role will be to champion TDD within the wider development team & building & maintaining the test environment.
Their office is based in Central London but the role can be fully remote with 1 day per month in the office.
This is what you'll be doing:
- Performing manual & automated tests.
- Building & maintaining the automated test framework in Cypress.
- Championing TDD within the wider development team.
- Mentoring more junior team members.
The experience you'll bring to the team:
- Significant expedience in manual & automated testing.
- Exposure to building automated test frameworks within Cypress.
- Scripting experience with C#, Python, Java, Ruby, JavaScript or similar.
- Strong experience developing Agile / Scrum teams.
