Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit are working in partnership with Wales largest Not-for-Profit organisation to find a Solicitor to join their high performing and busy, in-house Legal team.
This is a great opportunity to run your own practice and develop your skill set and breadth of experience and skills. You’ll have exposure to high value wok and the opportunity to really partner with clients.  The environment is supportive and more flexible than practice. What a Solicitor will be responsible for:
  • Advising on/ managing contentious land, property and planning matters 
  • Advising on statutory powers and responsibilities in relation to assets and preparing cases.
What a Solicitor will need to join the team:
  • Experience with contentious property/civil/commercial litigation or planning/land law
  • Experience dealing with very complex and high-profile cases
