Solution Architect

A Leading Financial Services company in Cardiff are looking for a Client facing Solution Architect. As a Solution Architect you would be responsible for the delivery of their strategic business change agenda and play a pivotal role in achieving their strategic objectives.

This is what you’ll be doing

As a Solution Architect you’ll implement and be responsible for the strategic modernisation agenda and have responsibility the technical roadmap within the company. Other duties include:

• Interpret client business requirements and translate requirements into solutions

• Utilise the companies in house capabilities alongside 3^rd party fintech to drive solutions and exceed client expectations

• Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to analyse functional and non-functional requirements and translate them to cost effective solutions.  

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You will have previously worked within the digital transformation of legacy systems. You should also have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of continuous integration, automation, micro services and container based systems.

• Experience implementing cloud and API best practices

• Experience integrating open source solutions

• Security by Design

• Financial services and or client facing experience would be desirable
