Solutions Lead (Power Platform) - Cardiff (hybrid, minimum 1 day per month) - Up to £70,000 per annum (+ Discretionary Bonus)

I'm hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing investment management firm looking to add to its Digital Solutions team where you'll play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and maintaining technology solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating on solution designs with stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of initiatives and requests.
• Manage dynamics engineers and oversee third-party teams.
• Act as a technical lead on Microsoft's Power Platform.

Essential experience:

• Strong Power Platform experience.
• Architecture or Solution Design experience.
• Comfortable being in a Lead role and mentoring others.
• Strong negotiation/Stakeholder engagement skills.

Ideally, you'd also have experience with Dynamics and with architecture modelling languages although these aren't essential.
