I am currently working with a care home in Penarth who are looking to hire staff nurses: RGN, RMNS & RNLDs 

My Client wants to pay them £19.00 per hour for permanent staff rather than pay agency nurses, this is due to the homes service users /clients needing familiarity with the nurses as do the families. 

The care home has a Stella reputation for offering exceptional individual patient centred care and putting the resident’s health and happiness first. They also pride themselves on looking after the staff and are looking to be one of the better permanent pay rates on the South Wales market!

The role is offering both full and part time, day and night shifts:

• Day shifts run from 7.15am - 8.30pm 
• Night shifts run from 8.30pm until 7.30am 

The home has two floors offering both nursing and an EMI unit
