This is what you’ll be doing
You will be working with an incredible organisation who are going through another scale up period! With no two days being the same, you will be working in a varied, fast paced and dynamic team!
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for their Software Engineering positions.
- Source, shortlist and be involved within the first stage interviews/ qualification of potential new hires.
- Manage the end to end Talent Acquisition process ensuring the candidate gets the best possible experience!
- Help raise awareness of the brand further, into the market!
- Experience working within an IT recruitment capacity, focusing on Software Engineering requirements.
- Excellent communication skills
- Infectious positive energy!
- Experience of improving strategy and adding value to processes.
