Talent Operations Partner - Fixed Term Contract

Yolk Recruitment are working closely with one of Cardiff’s fastest growing technology businesses to find an experienced and driven Talent Operations Partner to join their team on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll be doing?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Operations Partner to join a supportive and growing technology business based on the outskirts of Cardiff on a Fixed Term Contract. You will work within a busy and energetic team and directly support the Global Talent Director to ensure that all systems and databases are accurate and updated with talent information, alongside:

  • Collating and producing regular recruitment reports and updates, communicating these to senior stakeholders

  • Tracking talent data, and completing monthly, quarterly and annual reports

  • Managing the internal ‘refer a friend’ scheme and agency placements, approving, tracking and processing payments and invoices

  • Managing the allocation of roles to the recruitment team, and monitoring progress of these

  • Ensuring that data insights are used to inform data driven decisions within recruitment and talent development

  • Working closely with recruitment partners to create, develop and implement hiring processes in line with values and to test fit against the company values, competencies, and skills

  • Utilising a data driven approach to identity opportunities to further improve Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

  • Ensuring consistency in all processes and experiences for hiring managers, staff and candidates

  • Reviewing and managing the PSL

What you’ll bring to the team?

As a bright Talent Operations Partner, you will have experience working within a talent acquisition and operations role, and will be confident in data management, analytics and insights. You will also have:

  • A CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable but isn’t essential

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, alongside proven stakeholder management

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Pinpoint (Power BI would be a bonus but isn’t necessary)

  • Confidence in working in a complex, fact paced and changeable environment

By being a Talent Operations Partner, you will receive a salary up to £45,000 depending upon experience, alongside:

  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Extra day for personal use (Pro Rata’d)
