What you will be doing

As a team leader you will manage, motivate and support a team of advisors delivering an exceptional customer experience and sales targets.

• Develop and maintain high levels of team member motivation and morale
• Lead by example, be approachable and demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Monitor and manage a team and individual performance
• Mentoring new team members
• Work towards targets and making sure the team are on target
• Email company information when required

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Experience of working in a contact centre environment
• Team leader experience would be desirable
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good listening and verbal communication skills
