A global law firm, are looking for an experienced legal secretary, to supervise the secretaries within the Real Estate team, within their Bristol office. Our client is a top tier legal 500 firm, and is featured in Chambers UK, with half of their Partners being recognised as leaders in their specialist field.

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Organise the day to day workflow of the legal scretaries
  • Provide secretarial support to Real Estate fee earners, including managing diaries, photocopying and scanning
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage the new secretary induction procedures
  • Manage the case management system and digital dictation
  • Assist in managing client relationships
  • Deal with billing and accounts queries
  • Support other departments where necessary

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalant
  • Previous experience within a real estate legal secretary role is essential
  • The desire to lead a team is essential
  • Advanced IT skills, with a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client focused approach
