Yolk Recruitment are working closely with a successful, global manufacturing company based in Avonmouth. They are looking to find a technical administrator to work as part of the engineering team and support the busy admin team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to come and join an ever-growing manufacturing company.
What you’ll be doing
Processing orders passed on from the engineering team from various companies using SAP
Keep track of costs and budget’s ensuring any changes are relayed to your manager
Liaising with different departments to ensure that the correct paperwork is completed for each order and the correct order number is generated
Produce SAP quality reports and ensure SAP purchase orders are receipted in a timely manner
Supporting the admin team with administration duties and other departments when needed
Ensure feedback for all SAP orders has been documented and closed down on completion
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a technical administrator you will have administrator experience and be comfortable using software’s such as SAP, SAGE or CMMS.
Excellent IT skills
Experience in multi-tasking and working under pressure
The ability to prioritise your own work load
Be willing and capable to take on other tasks and help other departments when needed
Excellent communication skills; must be confident liaising with different departments and communicating with a diverse group

A salary of £26,400
25 Days + bank holidays

Hours are Mon-Fri, 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-16:30
