Our financial services client based in Cardiff are looking for an Graduate Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
The Graduate Technical Support Specialist will work as part of a small team that works directly with internal stakeholders to support the pre sales and post sales of the core products.
Development experience would be very beneficial so that you can attempt to deal with any bug fixes (in SQL or .NET) before raising the issue with the development team.
The company are offering a salary of up to £25k and the ideal candidate will have good organisational and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for technology and a desire to further develop their skillset.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
A working knowledge and experience of e-commerce and/or other software solutions is essential
Experience of writing detailed and clear IT documentation is essential
Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, internal stakeholders and external contacts both verbally and in writing
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning
Must have excellent time management and organisation skills
