​A UK Top 50 law firm, are looking for a driven and commercially focused Solicitor to join their market leading Technology and Intellectual Property team. This is a full time, permanent role based in their state-of-the-art Bristol office (currently remote). This role is suited to a motivated Solicitor who has experience within Technology, and who is looking for an opportunity to become a true specialist in the sector, within a top tier team.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Work with clients in the financial services, retail, energy, digital and public sectors, to draft and negotiate the full range of their IT and IP related contracts, and advise on associated IP issues

• Deliver excellent service to your key clients, and provide sound commercial advice upon a range of matters

• Take an active role in client relationships, with supervision of a Legal Director or Partner when needed

• Consistently deliver profitable results for both the firm and your clients, whilst always striving to remain innovative in a busy and dynamic sector

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Qualified Solicitor

• Experience in commercial, technology and IP contracts

• Experience working on secondment and/or in-house will be advantageous

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• An exceptional team player, as you will work collaboratively with teams across the UK

• Motivated to develop excellent client relationships, with a keen enthusiasm to implement business development initiatives
