What you’ll be doing?
I am looking to speak with an experienced Administrator to join a growing company based in Cardiff for a temporary ongoing assignment starting mid-January.
First point of contact for incoming calls
Responding to telephone and email requires in a professional and timely manner
Any Ad-hoc Administration tasks for wider team
Filing and updating documents
Booking appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
What you’ll bring to the team?
Previous experience as an Administrator or Receptionist is essential
Ability to prioritise and use initiative
Great attention to detail
Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office package
What you’ll get in return?
Hourly rate of £9-10 an hour
Ongoing contract/ temp to perm opportunities
Pension and Holiday allowance
