Are you immediately available for work? Have you got previous Administration experience? Are you able to prioritise work? Then please apply below.

What you’ll be doing?

I am looking to speak with an experienced Administrator to join a growing company based in Cardiff for a temporary ongoing assignment starting mid-January.

  • First point of contact for incoming calls

  • Responding to telephone and email requires in a professional and timely manner

  • Any Ad-hoc Administration tasks for wider team

  • Filing and updating documents

  • Booking appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

What you’ll bring to the team?

  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Receptionist is essential

  • Ability to prioritise and use initiative

  • Great attention to detail

  • Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office package

What you’ll get in return?

  • Hourly rate of £9-10 an hour

  • Ongoing contract/ temp to perm opportunities

  • Weekly pay

  • Pension and Holiday allowance
