A well-known Bridgend based company are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Officer/ Data Analyst to join their team on a 3 month assignment. It is an exciting time to join the company as lots of positive change and growth is happening. They are looking for someone to hit the ground running and start as soon as possible, this is a full time positon offering a competitive hourly rate reflective of £30,000 - £35,000.

This is what you will be doing

• Using internal/ bespoke systems to analyse data
• Analysis of process throughout company
• Setting up small projects – e.g. KPI internal analysis/ management
• Attending networking meetings that are available
• Liaising internally with board, governors, politicians and local authority leaders
• Speaking with board when needed and finding reports

The experience you’ll bring to the team

This role would be suitable for candidates with ex auditing/ IT and data analysis backgrounds and someone who can look at data from a data integrity process.

You will be using your experience, attention to detail and initiative in order to hit the ground running.
