A highly regarded and forward-thinking Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, are looking for an experienced Trade Mark Attorney to join their thriving team, who deal with high profile clients, both in the UK and overseas. This role is based in Bristol; however, the firm are taking a flexible approach to home-based working.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Provide the full range of trade mark services to a variety of UK and international clients, from individuals to FTSE 100 companies
- Be given responsibility for a diverse range of trade mark portfolios
- Continue to develop your technical skills, from trade mark clearance, licensing arrangements, due diligence and third-party negotiations
- Provide excellent, commercial advice to high profile clients, and consistently deliver excellent service
- Support trainees and junior members of staff to develop their skills
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Qualified Trade Mark Attorney (minimum of 3 years qualified experience)
- Excellent technical skills and practical experience in all aspects of UK and European trade mark matters
- Ideally, you will have experience dealing with International trade mark matters also
- Excellent communication skills, and the proven ability of delivering exceptional client service
- The drive and determination to continue progress your career with the firm, and help others in the team progress also
