Trade Mark Attorney
UK - Location agnostic – Competitive Salary – Top Tier Law Firm

Yolk Recruitment is working with a top Tier Law firm who is ranked by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK.

This team is looking for an experienced Trade Mark Attorney to deal with a Global Portfolio of international luxury brands in a number of fields such as tech, fashion and more. The matters are contentious and non-contentious and so the case load is varied.

There is no requirement to bring a following to this position, but this would be desirable.

This is what you'll be doing 

As a Trademark Attorney you will be:
  • Managing your own matters
  • Advising on Intellectual Property matters
  • Advising on transfer to trade marks
  • Conducting clearance searches
This is what you'll bring to the Team

You will have experience of working as a Trade Mark Attorney for a minimum of 2 years and the following:
  • Strong intellect
  • Ability to work alone and as part of the team
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Keen to be involved in business development
