We are working with a large public sector organisation who are looking for a Transition Manger on a 12 month FTC. The role will plan, track and facilitate the effective Operational
Readiness and Transition activity for the SSRA (Systems Supporting Regulatory Activity )Programme.
This is what you’ll be doing
Support and development of Operational Readiness Checklists and Plans for all SSRA Releases
Hold Programme Technical and Business stakeholder to account to fulfil Readiness tasks
Monitoring and report on progress of Operational Readiness and Transition activity
Management or facilitation to resolution of Technical and Business risks or issues impacting Readiness or Transition
The experience you’ll bring to the team.
10 Year+ experience of Technical Project Management and Implementation in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Operational Readiness planning and execution
Experience of Business Change and Transition into Business functions
Architectural and functional understanding of the MS365 products and working in an Azure Cloud environment
Experience of Delivery of MS Dynamics, SharePoint, MS Data Platform, Site Core and Migration activity.
Scrum Master Experience Use of Azure DeVops or similar work management tool
