We are looking for a ROCKSTAR UAT Coordinator with a background in Business Process Testing, Business Analysis and/or Project Management. What will you be doing?
Coordination of our internal project team resource to conduct tests.
Ensure environment is setup and ready for tests including:
Configuration completed
3rd
party applications /integrations setup
Data prepared
Plan: Prepare schedule for the testing and coordinate with internal teams to ensure we have resources aligned to perform tests.
Day to day management of UAT
Facilitate daily reviews of the team
Track and report progress of tests performed
Track and report issues raised and resolved
Escalate issues where necessary
Status reporting to the project team
Review success of UAT period and improve for subsequent cycles.
Working with stakeholders
Work with the team to ensure issues are resolved and (where necessary) participate with the change control process to flag changes where needed.
Work with 3rd parties to raise and get updates on active issues and resolutions.
What will you bring to the role?
Degree (or equivalent) level qualification – preferably IT
Experience of UAT on significant, transformational IT implementations.
Successful track record for delivering UAT activities within time sensitive environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead resources operating across different roles and sets of activities
Business orientated with a technical background
Confident leader
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
