You will initially work closely with the UX/UI Manager to develop the UX research maturity by strategising and developing your business plan.
Your experience to date will set you in good stead to develop this side of the business. Therefore, you will take control of the UX Research reins by developing processes and providing provision of all UX research requirements, especially across the high-profile projects.
Additionally, you will advise and support other UX/UI team members in helping them define and execute the required research needed for their projects.
