​UX Designer - Fully Remote - Up to £450 per day - INSIDE IR35 - 6 Months - ASAP Start

We are on the lookout for two Senior UX Designers to work for our client within Human capital on the completion of an enterprise level project. You will help support and provide provision for UX requirements and activities across an interesting project whilst also supporting any other product roadmap ideas/items where UX is at the forefront!

Responsibilities:

• Project manage all aspects of the design phase from strategic planning, research and design, on the projects you are responsible for.

• Translating high-level requirements into simple yet effective user experiences that champions the customer and user, and drives the clients product roadmap.

• Provide strategic direction on UX activities and briefs when necessary: making sure user insights align with business objectives.

• Conduct research to inform design decisions. Planning and executing research projects, drawing on research from various areas of the business: analytics, customer insight, help-desk interviews, and competitor analysis, amongst others.

• Supporting and collaborating closely with our UI designers, product owners and developers to help create and deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.

• Leading collaborative design workshops and usability testing sessions, amongst other research methodologies.

• Mapping customer and user journeys and developing personas.

• Sketching, concept creating and wireframing.

• Creating clickable prototypes.

• Assist in the creation of user stories to feed into a SCRUM based agile development team.

• Communicating effectively any ideas, prototypes and final designs to internal stakeholders and peers, with the ability to take on constructive feedback.

• Must have experience and be confident using Axure.
