Web Based Customer Service Representative
Caerphilly (vehicle required due to site location)
£19,000 - £21,000 per annum

The Web based Customer Service Representative will provide a quality and consistent level of service to all existing and new customers. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers, via phone, and through the web chat facility. As an organisation, our client’s aim is to ensure that the customer has a trouble free purchasing experience, wherever they are based in the world.
Being the primary point of contact for customers, always responding promptly to queries by email or telephone.
Offering support to customers through web chat facility, to include guiding them through the company website smoothly.
Providing quotations on request, working with other departments to provide correct pricing information.
Processing customer orders that are received via portal, website, email and by telephone.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure payments are made and orders are despatched in line with customer expectations.
Processing and scheduling freight of customer orders. Also, providing relevant information to outsourced shipping for preparation of documentation.
Managing and maintaining bespoke account information, ensuring relevant information is available to all CSR’s and Sales Managers.
Building lasting relationships and retaining customer loyalty through exceptional customer experience.
Providing technical advice to customers with the support of inhouse technical team.
The experience you’ll bring to the team:
High level of accuracy
A positive attitude and high levels of self motivation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual, the ability to speak at least 1 additional European language, preferably Spanish, Portuguese, French, German or Italian (advantage – not essential!)
Experience in technical support, client relationship management, or customer service role.
Excellent time management, and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload
Competent on Microsoft IT packages
Confident and able to tackle potential problems and complex queries using own initiative where required
