Wills and Probate Fee Earner 

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a new challenge working within a newly established team at a regional law firm?

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be managing a growing case load of wills and probate matters that has derived from a busy conveyancing caseload. You will be able to work on your own autonomy with minimal supervision and you must:

• Have a genuine interest in this area of law
• Be empathetic
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be commercially astute
• Be hardworking
• Willing to carry out business development when necessary

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified Lawyer OR Experienced Paralegal
• Wills and probate experience is essential
