Wills and Probate Legal Administrator

A modern and progressive Law firm are looking for an enthusiastic legal administrator to join their growing Wills and Probate team, in their Stroud office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated law graduate, with a positive attitude, who is keen to develop their legal career!

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Assisting fee earners within the Wills and Probate department to operate at optimum efficiency
  • Accurately utilising a case management system
  • Handling confidential information
  • Performing all PA and administration duties, including diary management, photocopying and scanning
  • Maintaining excellent client care in the fee earners absence, taking accurate telephone messages and liaising over email

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience within a law firm is highly desirable
  • LLB degree
  • Strong IT and typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
