Yolk are working with a multi office, award winning Law Firm with offices across Wales. They are looking for a private client solicitor to add to their current team, for their Cardiff office. You will know the firm as it has a fantastic reputation and has for many years

This is what you'll be doing

As Private Client Solicitor you will be:-

• Running a case load of Estate Administration, Wills and Power of Attorney matters with minimal supervision
• Completing inheritance tax forms
• Provide advice on Tax, trust, inheritance & capital gains tax and offshore assets
• Supervising junior members of the team
• Maintain and develop excellent client relationships
• Keep up to date with changes in the law to further your professional development
• Bring in work as necessary although not essential as systems are in place that are generating work

The experience you'll bring to the team

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (all levels of PQE considered)
• Strong probate ability
• Strong experience in Private Client work
• Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range & type of clients & their needs
• Experience of building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work
• Confident networker with experience of being involved in business development activities
• Good financial management, including regular billing & collection of fees
• Working effectively with others in a team and the ability to delegate where appropriate
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and agents in a friendly and approachable manner
• Keen advocate skills
• Ambition, with strong business acumen
