Yolk have partnered with an award-winning Digital Agency in Cardiff Bay. We are on the lookout for an experienced Web Developer, with strong WordPress experience to join them in their brand new offices just a stones throw from Cardiff Bay train station.

This is what you’ll be doing

Your role will include creating wonderful websites and user experiences, with a very impressive client base including the NHS, Ministry of Justice, Pitch@Palace and although they try not to mention it too much they drove the campaign behind the infamous #NameOurShip, if you don't know - Google it!

They are looking for somebody experienced with PHP, Wordpress and not just maintaining these sites, a developer that has commercial experience building from Wordpress themes from scratch. If comfortable to do so your role can be client facing, going along to pitches and meetings to discuss technical solutions and how you will bring the clients ideas to life.

There’s also some must haves

• Practical experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
• Building bespoke WordPress themes
• Understanding of MySQL
• Any design skills would be desirable
• Understanding of APIs, XML would be a bonus
