Finance Administrator

I am working with a law firm based in the centre of Cardiff who are looking for a Finance Admin to join the team.

This is what you'll be doing as a Finance Administrator

• Sending client statements and copy invoices in line with a pre agreed timetable
• Responding to client queries received into the credit control inbox
• Schedule and diarise monthly WIP and debt meetings,
• Update team meeting schedules and monitor meetings not attended
• Collating and filing reports
• Helping with queries and requests received into the Billing Inbox
• Updating client email addresses and contact details on practice management system
• Producing reports in Excel

This is what experience you will have as a Finance Administrator

• An interest in finance
• Admin experience is essential
• The ability to work at pace
• Organisational skills
• Excel skills
• 5 GCSEs A-C
