Job Title: Junior Finance Assistant (Entry-Level)

The Role:
We are looking for an entry-level Junior Finance Assistant to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in finance. You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of finance functions while working in a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense claims

  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts

  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entry-level role - open to recent graduates or those looking to start a career in finance

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or AAT qualification, or relevant work experience is advantageous

  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
