Operations Support - Inside IR35 - Up to £23.17 per hour - 12 Months - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE, ONSITE - SINGLE STAGE PROCESS

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for an Operations Support to join our client in the engineering space in Broughton, Flintshire on an initial 12 month contract.

Working alongside the production management team to coach and facilitate business improvement using the company-centric Operating System. Based on ‘Right first time’ Lean principles such as,  Problem Solving, Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Quality Standards the Lean business improvement department of the Broughton site, is an exciting opportunity to influence and drive change in an established wing manufacturing facility.

Tasks

❖     Support the team in deploying the tools of the system to drive continuous improvement
❖     Provide lean coaching to Operations managers & their teams
❖     Support continuous improvement/waste elimination of business governance and associated reviews
❖     Drive and influence change in a leading aircraft manufacturing environment
❖     Anticipate risks and find business improvement opportunities through data analysis  
❖     Work alongside all business levels, adapting to changing landscapes within the business

❖     Good knowledge of the application of Lean manufacturing
❖     Strong ability to work well in a team
❖     Innovative mindset with creativity & strong analytical skills
❖     Coaching improvement of standards and management routines
❖     Self-motivated in managing personal time, goals and objectives
❖     Focus on removal of non-value added activities with a strive for efficiency
❖     Able to work autonomously, recognising when support is required and seeking advice when necessary
❖     Have a customer focus and the ability to integrate well into the business
❖     Ability to manage stakeholder expectations & deliver on commitments
❖     Excellent communication skills and ability to present to  a variety of audiences
