Kim Partridge comes equip with 16 years of recruitment experience including Office Angels, The Cordant Group and Meridian Business Support, and she will be working on Office Support, Administration and HR roles across South Wales and the West.
Kim will be working closely with our current clients, and will also continue to work with her established contacts within the industry who Yolk look forward to working with.
Kim’s recruitment career began at Office Angels in 2006. Joining as a permanent consultant, Kim learnt the recruitment ropes alongside Yolk’s very own, Phil Pitman, (Divisional Head of Engineering.)
Promoted to Senior Consultant, Kim then went onto become Branch Manager for Office Angels Newport, and then managed the Cardiff branch up until the end of 2014.
After being headhunted by the Cordant Group, Kim joined their firm to establish and manage the Cordant Group’s first Cardiff office. Kim’s extensive recruitment experience meant she was involved in the entire set up of the new branch, from finding the new premises, hiring the team, creating the branch and marketing strategy, and establishing an initial client base.
When the Cardiff office was merged into the Newport Cordant office, Kim took a freelance approach to recruitment work while also developing her creative photography business.

With Emma Harries (Office Support & HR Divisional Head) now on maternity leave, we’re confident Kim and Chelsea will ensure our clients and candidates continue to find the perfect fit for their teams and careers.
