This is What You'll Be Doing
As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving new business and supporting existing accounts:
π¬ Engaging with prospects and clients over the phone and email to build relationships and understand their needs.
π Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, helping customers get the most from us.
π§ Developing a strong understanding of our offering so you can confidently respond to queries and tailor solutions.
π‘ Collaborating closely with our external sales team to support larger accounts and ensure a smooth customer journey.
π οΈ Maintaining accurate records in our CRM to track leads, conversations, and progress through the sales cycle.
