Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
I'm currently working with a fantastic company that's growing fast and looking for a German-speaking Internal Sales Representative to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity if you're someone who loves building relationships, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to work for a business that really values its people.
They've got a great culture, plenty of opportunities to develop, and they genuinely celebrate success - so if you're fluent in German and looking for your next challenge, this could be perfect for you.
What you'll be doing
As the Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers in their region, helping to drive sales growth and ensure every customer has a top-class experience.
- Managing customer relationships - Handling incoming enquiries, following up leads, and staying in touch with customers to keep relationships strong.
- Owning the sales process - From quotes through to order management, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Working with different teams - You'll be liaising with marketing, logistics, and other sales colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Spotting growth opportunities - Proactively looking for ways to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Being the customer voice - Sharing feedback with the wider team to help improve products and services.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this Internal Sales Representative role, you don't need to tick every box, but here's what would really help:
- Fluent German with good English communication skills too.
- A positive, customer-focused mindset with strong people skills.
- Some experience in sales, account management, or customer service would be great - but attitude and enthusiasm matter most.
- The ability to stay organised and manage several tasks at once.
- A team player approach with the willingness to learn and develop.
What's in it for you
This company knows how to look after its people. Here's what's on offer:
- Competitive salary plus performance bonuses
- Hybrid or remote working options
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Ongoing training and genuine career progression
- A supportive, friendly team culture where you can make a real impact
- Private healthcare
- Free gym membership
