Timetable Administrator - Immediate start - 3 months - £12.28 per hour - Pontypridd
Full-time, with a potential to apply for a 2 year Fixed Term role
Hourly rate: £12.28
Location: Pontypridd
Hours: 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday
We are seeking a proactive and system savvy Timetable Administrator for a renowned organisation where support is second nature. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator.

This is a full time role, which will initially be office based to provide the support and training necessary to ensure the you are comfortable and supported.
What the HR Admin Assistant will be doing
The ideal Timetable Administrator will be responsible for:
- Liaising with colleagues to confirm requirements
- Inputting details onto the bespoke software
- Making room bookings
- Highlighting any particular issues as requirements are confirmed
What the successful Timetable Administrator will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has:
- IT literacy and be extremely proficient with arrange of applications
- Very strong communication skills
- An ability to interact with a range of people
- A flair for problem solving
